We are delighted to invite you inside our space, into the pyramid of growing and evolving energies that have formed since we gathered. 

Below you will find a little information from and about each of us:   Carrie who connects through words, Valerie who sees and feels in a place beyond words, and Bernadette who feels truth as a tangible sensation in her body.

Carrie Hart

I was raised in a non-religious family and never had any particular interest in spiritual exploration.  So you can imagine my surprise when, as I sat on a little stone bench in my garden in 1994, a voice spoke inside my head, full of wisdom and authority, opening me to an entirely new view of life and to worlds undreamt of before that moment. 

I began sharing these inspirational messages on www.quado.com in 1999.  For many years I went down to the garden at 4 AM to capture a daily message, which I then posted on my website before heading off to my corporate career in computers. 

I continue weekly inspirational messages to this day, and am delighted to share them via email with thousands of readers.  I have also recorded some wonderfully uplifting meditations that came to me; they are also available on www.quado.com.  

The many, many love letters I have received for my messages and meditations have compensated me well for the pre-dawn hours spent on that garden bench, capturing the wisdom I have been blessed to receive.

Over the years, I have explored and experimented with a number of different healing modalities.  I am a Reiki master in both the Usui and Karuna traditions.  My years as a shaman healer led me to the creation of the website www.PowerAnimalsUnleashed.com, where you can allow your intuition to choose the right power animal energy for any occasion in your life.  I love this site and do hope you will visit and discover its power for yourself.

And through it all, I have also continued my great passion:  to sing.  I have recorded two albums and created a one-woman show, Courage of the Creative Spirit, in which I share the inspiring stories of the greats of musical theater while singing their wonderful songs.  On www.carriehart.com  you may learn all about this area of my life, listen to samples of my music and share my deep joy.  

I am currently writing a book, A Call to Greatness, the Exciting, Joyous Journey Your Soul Wants You to Take.  I share the many things I learned along my journey, including the original insights I received from my Soul Sessions, where I lifted up into the souls of clients, to uncover the greatness and power that lies within. 

 Valerie Draves

I was raised in a patriarchal Christian household.  Not an uncommon environment for a kid from Iowa, the place where I grew up.  I remember sobbing as I read the bible alone in the back yard around the age of 10, I missed Jesus so much!  Missed?  It felt as if my heart were shattering. I had no idea what to do about it or where to turn with this inconsolable grief.  I felt incredibly alone.   

I sailed blindly through the decades of my life.  In the core of my Being I felt a connection to something very Holy and profound but there it hibernated until 1996.  It was towards the end of this year that my career as a Corporate Controller abruptly ended.  My life was about to change dramatically and somehow I was ultra aware of that fact as I stood in front of my bookshelf, staring at a book that had been there, unread, for years.  It spoke of one woman’s near death experience.  From that moment forward, I was propelled, completely immersed in the study, service and experience of Spirit.  I found that I was opening to knowledge of my true Self and felt closely attuned to the energies of the Divine Mother, Yeshua, and Mary Magdalene.   

 Over and over again, I have been blessed with an incredible sense of divine joy, an awareness of who we really are and a deeply charged connection with spirit.   To see and feel the innocence of what truly exists all around and within us, life just keeps delighting and surprising me! 

A Note from Carrie:  There are a few things about Valerie that I know she won’t say for herself, so I thought I would speak them for her.  After all, her essence is that she sees and feels beyond words—so I will try to find the words to convey at least a portion of her gift to you by telling you about my personal experience with her. 

 I wanted to know how I could touch my audience energetically when I performed.  The answer I received was to work with Valerie.  I asked for her help and the result was an amazing session.  We saw a spiral of energy that was created when I sang, and as we watched and Valerie did her work, the energy began to extend out to activate an ancient grid, a grid that already existed but that was not fully charged with energy.  And I saw my audience lifting up into the grid as I sang.

As we continued, we began to see another grid, very high, very wide, and this one was extending out from Valerie.  And then, suddenly, I saw her in her true form, as an enormous angel with white feather wings outspread, hovering high in the midst of a dazzling white light, with wide streams of white energy emanating out from her.

When you have the pleasure and privilege of meeting Valerie in person, you will find someone sparkling with humor and joy, but with a very unassuming manner.  But believe me, I have seen the true Valerie in all her power and glory, and she is a sight to behold. 

Bernadette Wright

A Passion for Divinity has been a driver for my spiritual journey since early childhood.  Raised a Roman Catholic but always seeking the spiritual truths of the teachings, I questioned and studied everything.  This has resulted and developed into  a well rounded wisdom of the interconnectedness of all things--body, mind, spirit and the unseen--which has more recently led me back to the teachings of the Master Jesus.

Entrepreneurial in nature, I have played in many diverse  realms of the business world including interior design, sustainable energy and most recently a joint venture with my two oldest daughters at World Tree Studio in my home town of Calgary, Alberta, Canada.   World Tree Studio is a collaborate group of professional  teachers offering  world dance, unique styles  of yoga and wellness practitioners.  www.worldtreestudio.ca

In 2005 I took a 6-month sabbatical  where I had surprising mystical experiences with saints and sages at Satsangs and on the streets, roads and back alleys of towns and cities in India.  While in India, I spent time with and now practice the teachings of many well known Gurus and Master Teachers, both Eastern and Western, including Swami Muktinanda, current leader of the Divine Life Society; Candice O-Denver, an awakened American woman and founder of The Great Freedom Teachings;  Nukunu, a teacher of non-duality;  Sri Sri Ravishankar  of the Art of Living Foundation.  In more recent years, Bernadette has focused on studies of the work of Eckhart Tolle (as a Group leader); Rama Berch (now Swami Nirmalananda Saraswati, founder of Svaroopa Yoga);  Virginia Allen, founder of Sacred Heart Yoga (recently featured in the movie What If?); and follow closely the teaching of Sai Maa, one of the greatest female Gurus of our time.
